Frequently asked questions
Will my organisation's data mix with other organisations'?
No. GeoHub is built for many organisations: each one's data, members and settings are kept separate at both the storage and access layers, and access always follows the organisation you are working in.
Where is data stored and who controls it?
Data is stored on infrastructure operated by GeoHub, in each organisation's own Drive space. Organisation admins decide who can view, edit and share.
Can GeoHub be deployed on an internal network?
GeoHub has an isolated deployment profile for agencies that need a private network with no outside connection. Please contact us to work out the right setup.
Which modules can I use today?
Account, Admin, EOM, VMRS, LabelHub and Drive are live. MapHub and GAT are coming soon and not yet open.
How do I sign in?
Use a GeoHub account, or Google, GitHub or the SSO your organisation configured. One sign-in covers every module you have access to.
